Ledgerline compiles public government records. Below are the exact sources, the license or legal basis for reuse (quoted), and the modifications we make. Ledgerline is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these agencies.

Washington Contractor Insurance Expirations

Source & license. Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) contractor datasets on data.wa.gov, via the official Socrata API: Contractor License Insurance Information (ciwg-agsx) (portal license: Public Domain); Contractor License General Information (m8qx-ubtq) (ODC Public Domain Dedication & License); Contractor License Bond Information (bzff-4fmt).
Modifications: Joined by license, filtered to active licenses and the expiration window, already-renewed policies removed. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of Washington or L&I.

Oregon Contractor Insurance & Bond Expirations

Source & license. Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB), CCB Active Licenses (g77e-6bhs), data.oregon.gov, via the official Socrata API. Portal license: Public Domain. ORS 276A.368(3): “All publishable data is in the public domain for purposes of applicable copyright laws”; ORS 276A.356(1)(c): open data is available “without registration or license requirements or restrictions on the use of publishable data” (oregonlegislature.gov).
Modifications: Endorsement rows grouped into one item per license, filtered to the window. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of Oregon or the CCB.

NYC Contractor Insurance Expirations (Electrical & Elevator)

Source & license. NYC Department of Buildings, DOB NOW: Electrical Permit Applications (dm9a-ab7w) and DOB NOW: Build Elevator Permit Applications (kfp4-dz4h), NYC Open Data, via the official Socrata API. Terms: NYC Administrative Code §23-502(d) requires public data sets to be available “without any … restrictions on their use,” provided third parties identify “the source and version of the public data set, and a description of any modifications made.” Per the NYC Open Data Terms of Use the City makes no warranty of completeness or accuracy.
Modifications: Filings aggregated per license; the latest expiration per policy type kept across filings in an 18-month lookback; filtered to the window. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of New York or DOB.

Oregon Workers’ Comp Expirations

Source & license. Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS), Oregon Active Workers’ Compensation Employer Database (q9zj-c8r2), data.oregon.gov, via the official Socrata API (monthly). Dataset license: Public Domain. The portal’s Terms of Use provide the data “as is”, with no warranty as to “content, accuracy, timeliness, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.”
